Hot Line Minor Strip Heater - Sheet Bender

This competitvely priced strip heater can be used with most thermoplastics. Robust support strips, integral with the body, are provided for the thermoplastic sheet to rest on while being heated, and the element/reflector within the body is height adjustable to cover varying thicknesses of sheet and bend radii.

An adjustable stop is provided for repetition work, and to aid double sided heating. The heater reflector is removable for cleaning.

As with all Copyright equipment, safety has been a design priority. The metal body is fully earthed to the supply and the radiant heater silica sheathed. To protect the user against accidental electric shock a Residual Current Device is supplied as a standard feature. A time switch is also provided to ensure that the equipment switches off automatically after a preset time if left unattended.
